CIPN Computers where hacked

To Whom It May Concern:

I am the computer technician at Canadian Immigration Practitioners Network. There was a break in recently and Constable Potvin asked me to write up a report of what I witness after the break in from the computers. I realized that there was a program installed on one of the computers that can basically gain complete access to it. It’s called remote access, people from another computer; for example at a remote location can access the files on one of the computers at C.I.P.N. I told Constable Potvin about the situation. This is a network threat of the information over the computer.
