Dear Mr. Roy Kellogg
Re” your question as a CSIC member about CSIC full member list”
In reference to your email and concerns on why CSIC did not include all the
members who wrote the exam as full members. This concern should have been forwarded
to the CSIC board members not CSIP.
However, it is an honour for me to enlighten you on this issue. Since we all are aware that
CSIC has a few agendas behind the many reasons not to include, all transitional members
who wrote the full membership exam, passed and paid until April 30th 2006 and were
not included as full members by April 13, 2006 this due to the following questions:
1- Was it due to the lawsuit that they initiated against CSIP last January 2006? They have
to prove the incurred losses and they do not have enough members to write the exam?
2- Is it due to the election? CSIC board members must narrow the number of full
members to give positive impact on the nomination to all CAPIC board members to
become on the board with CSIC.
3- Were CSIC transitional members given an extension to November 30, 2006, many
members took advantage of this offer?
4- Is there a high number of transitional members did not pass the English test?
5- Is it failing to pay the first quarter of membership fees by the CSIC exam writers from
" Capic and CSIC " who are exempted from writing the exam as you mentioned like
Camilla Jones, Phil Mooney and Maria Perreault who are not full members as of April 13,
2006 because or maybe did not pay the membership at all?
6- Does CSIC have hidden agendas? Do you as a passed full member have access to
the correct information from your board members?
7- Did CSIC fail at the contribution agreement with the CIC for failing to collect 3000
members by April 13 2006, ergo leaving CSIC board members no longer in hot water
since they have already received 500.000.00 dollars as a non-repayment loan?
8- Were CSIC board members successful in communicating with the transitional
members to convince them to believe in the CSIC society after Benjamin Trister and
other board members’ resignations and public statement?
9- Did CSIC loose confidence and trust in its members?
10- Does the resignation of transitional members show the final of less than 300 full
members?
11- Were CSIC transitional members’ exposures the truth about their board members
default in their own regulations including the chairperson John Ryan, therefore
they decided not to renew their membership?
12- Was CSIC truthfully in providing information to its members?
13- How many lawsuits are there against CSIC in less than one year? Do members wish
to be involved in a discredited society and lawsuits against board members who have
baseless regulations?
14- How many members realized that the society does not have a legitimate mandate and
decided not to be part of it?
15- How have Capic board members caused the largest damage to the existence of CSIC
last November of 2005 when Mr. Ron McKay published the questionnaire and demand
letter from CSIC for legitimate answers?
16- Was it the honourable thing of CAPIC board member Ron McKay, who published
the CSIC member email list without the members’ permission?
17- Has CAPIC board member Phil Mooney caused disruptions and discrimination with
CSIC support against the transitional members? Therefore, they decided to leave the
corrupted industry.
18- How many immigration consultants have left the immigration practice?
19- Have the two public statements of November 2005 and March 3 2006 spoken by
Benjamin Trister caused severe damage to CSIC existence and to the reputation of the
board members?
20- Have Jill Sparlling and Martinez published resignation letters to discredit the society?
21- Did Patrice Burnet maliciously and falsely create complaints against Salloum to the
BC law society in April of 2005? Causing CSIC member business to fall in turmoil and
ordered disassociation from immigration lawyers. Did he make the same complaint
against Ron McKay who is associated with the law firm of Clark Wilson?
22- Has Patrice Burnet recently resigned due to conflict of interest with the Bar
Association in Montreal, which led him to leave CSIC less than 30 days from his
employment contract with CSIC?
23- Has the resignation of Mark Davidson form CIC last June 2005 meant anything and
what is the impact on CSIC?
All the above questions give us enough reasons to answer your question why CSIC has
only less than 350 full members as of April 13, 2006.
Sincerely yours
Nancy Salloum
CSIP Chairperson
Happy Easter

Subject: Why R E not Full Members

To Ms. Salloum as well BOD of CSIP
If we have until April 30th 2006 to pay, why are we not full members? Maria
Perreault, Camilla Jones and Phil Mooney were test writers and I wrote and
passed but our names are not listed as full members.
Does anyone know the reason? Originally when I was asked by Mr. Lee I
thought it was because I had not paid my dues but I have until April 30th
2006 to pay the next instalment..
Possibly, they ran out of time or some test writers failed the English exam.
Can you ascertain the reason for people not being on the list that think they
should be?
